Lifeways Shepton Mallet is hiring a Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centered care for eight individuals with learning disabilities in a peaceful rural setting. In this role you’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, cooking, cleaning, and medication while encouraging hobbies, outings and community engagement.
You’ll offer emotional support, celebrate small wins, and help each person live with dignity, joy and independence, in a team that values growth and empowerment.
