Pearson TQ is seeking an Advanced Associate, Learning and Development to support onboarding and learner administration across apprenticeship and training programmes at MoD Southwick Park. You will manage documentation, coordinate enrolments and assist inductions, ensuring a smooth learner journey from enrolment through programme completion.
You will collaborate with colleagues, deliver presentations, handle enquiries, and maintain accurate records, while traveling to learner locations as needed.
