Store Manager: Lead a 350-Strong Team, Drive Sales

Morrisons is seeking experienced Store Managers to lead a large, fast-paced team and deliver a market-leading shopping experience. You’ll report to the Regional Manager, own your store and drive performance across up to 350 colleagues on Market Street and in-store operations.

You’ll coach, mentor and develop your management team, maintain high standards, and use commercial data to identify opportunities, costs and growth while upholding safe, legal, and customer-focused store standards.
