eNL seeks a Residential Property Solicitor (Head of Department) in the West Midlands with 3+ years PQE and leadership experience. You will supervise a talented team, manage a residential conveyancing caseload including freehold/leasehold matters, and help drive growth and efficiency within the department.

You will retain a portion of your caseload while mentoring colleagues and shaping workflow, technology use, and client service, to deliver a first-class, client-focused service.
