Reed Early Years is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager / Third in Charge for a well-established nursery in Farsley.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to‑day running of the nursery, help lead and motivate the team, ensure high standards of care and education, and contribute to a positive environment for children, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience in a senior nursery role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, hands‑on approach to leadership
