Valor Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Hilton Garden Inn Bristol City Centre, a Branded 171-bedroom hotel in Bristol. You will lead day-to-day hotel operations, coach department heads, and partner with the General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences on every shift.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who reviews performance data, maintains cost control, and champions continuous improvement across all departments.
