Chief Executive – East Kent Hospice Leader

Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a charismatic Chief Executive to provide strategic leadership and drive delivery of high-quality end-of-life care across East Kent. You will lead a diverse team, work closely with the Board and supporters, and ensure financial sustainability while enhancing the charity’s public profile.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, a track record at senior leadership level, and expertise in strategy, income generation, and external communications.
