Lead Practice Nurse | Multi-Site Primary Care Leader

Suffolk GP Federation CIC is recruiting a Lead Practice Nurse to join our not-for-profit federation across four Unity sites (Haverhill, Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford). You will lead, manage and deliver a range of practice nursing services and be accountable for the nursing team day to day.

You must be a registered nurse with current NMC registration and evidence of up-to-date practice, with proven experience in primary care and in managing a team.
