Head of HR & Talent Strategy

Reed is seeking a Head of HR to lead a commercially focused people strategy across our fast-growing organisation in the utilities, infrastructure and civil engineering sector. You will act as trusted advisor to Directors, shaping talent, acquisition and development to attract, retain and develop high-performing teams.

The role covers HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development, workforce planning, change management and reporting on key people metrics.
