Attendance & Pupil Engagement Officer – Special School

Co-op Academy Southfield is seeking an Attendance Officer to support pupil attendance and punctuality through effective tracking and policy enforcement. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Deputy Head, collaborating with pupils, staff and families to promote consistent attendance.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, be a team player and demonstrate ICT proficiency, with the ability to influence and support school procedures and values.
