Night Team Leader – Children’s Residential Mental Health

Cambian Group Plc in Wisbech is seeking a Team Leader for nights in a Children’s Residential Home with specialist mental health needs. You will lead and develop a team of residential support workers to ensure safety and high-quality care.

You will oversee care plans, safeguarding, and daily records while promoting the wellbeing and social development of young people. Level 3 Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it is preferred.
