dnata Travel is recruiting a Travel Support Advisor in Leyland, near Preston, to manage involuntary changes to customer travel arrangements, including airline schedule changes, flight cancellations and ticketing deadlines.
You will communicate updates to customers and travel agents, coordinate hotel, transfers and other services, apply ABTA/ATOL guidelines, support during crises, and uphold GDPR and data protection in every interaction.
