HR Advisor: People & Policy Partner (London)

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Advisor for a London-based, site-focused role with occasional travel to Oxford. You will partner with managers to deliver a proactive HR service across employee relations, policy, recruitment and key projects.

Your responsibilities include advising on policy interpretation, supporting workforce planning, managing employee cases, and collaborating to reduce sickness absence while providing timely data to HRBP.
