VANRATH is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for Maintenance & Planned Works in Belfast. You will manage cost estimates, budgets, procurement, and contract administration across social housing projects, ensuring value, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will lead cost reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining NEC/JCT contract standards across multiple sites in Northern Ireland.
