What you’ll bedoing
Aspart of our Home Connections team in Sheffield, you’ll speak tocustomers over the phone when they first join EE. You’ll guide themthrough getting their products and services connected, help withany early questions about their order, in‑home set‑up, and supportthem with queries about their first bill.You’ll be the reassuringvoice that helps customers get started smoothly — making a realdifference from day one.
