As Corporate M&A Associate, you will join one of the largest teams outside London to work on high-value mergers, private equity, and related matters for a prestigious client base. You’ll contribute across the full deal lifecycle, manage due diligence, draft and negotiate key documents, and engage with clients early. Responsibilities
- Work across the full lifecycle of M&A and private equity transactions
- Manage due diligence processes
- Draft and negotiate key deal documents
- Build direct client contact from early stages
- Receive support and supervision from senior associates and partners
- Participate in a culture of open learning and development
- Leverage structured training and progression milestones
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Corporate M&A and private equity
- Solid transactional experience with strong drafting and commercial focus
- Proactive, ownership-minded attitude
- Collaborative team player with ability to build client and colleague relationships
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines on multiple matters
