Job Description:
Engage Education Ltd seeks Trainee Youth Engagement Mentors to support a SEND school in Portsmouth, helping pupils aged 7–16 with SEMH, autism, and ADHD. Training will be provided; passion, resilience and a proactive attitude are essential.
This role involves supporting pupils from KS1 to KS4, calming and de-escalating, modelling positive behaviour, working with staff, and providing feedback to teachers and parents. Graduates are encouraged to apply, with full-time hours 8:15am–3:30pm.
