Overview

In this role you will shape the product strategy for Nothing’s paid software, working with senior leadership to define who the product is for and why they would switch. You will own the end-to-end roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market alignment with growth, aiming to convert adopters into subscribers. You’ll steer rapid pivots when evidence demands it, balancing user value with revenue impact. This is a chance to influence both product and business decisions at a hardware-to-software entrant.

Responsibilities

  • Define product purpose and positioning against incumbents
  • Own end-to-end roadmap discovery, prioritisation, and sequencing with engineering and design
  • Architect pricing and packaging, including feature gating for revenue impact
  • Pivot roadmap quickly based on market, competitor, or user signals
  • Lead deep user research and willingness-to-pay testing to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with growth marketing on activation and free-to-paid conversion
  • Build early product and commercial infrastructure (billing logic, activation, retention metrics, pricing experiments)
  • Partner with senior leadership to co-author strategy and drive cross-functional execution

Key requirements

  • Built a product from first spec to paid launch and owned the strategy and results
  • Comfortable in scrappy environments with limited resources
  • Experience in prosumer and consumer subscription software and freemium models
  • Designed and shipped pricing with clear revenue consequences
  • Broad product judgment focused on purpose and user value, with ability to pivot fast
  • Analytical and hands-on with cohort analysis, retention data, and willingness-to-pay tests
