MOCVD Field Service Engineer: Flexible Hours & UK Travel

AIXTRON SE in the United Kingdom seeks a UK-based field service engineer to install, upgrade, service and troubleshoot MOCVD systems for customers across the UK and Europe.

You will travel extensively, hold a full UK driving licence, and provide on-site installations, training and ongoing technical support, while feeding feedback to product teams.

Applicants should have an engineering degree, English fluency, and knowledge of vacuum, pneumatic or semiconductor processes; German language a plus.
