Overview

You will lead and grow Weightmans’ Health & Safety practice, leveraging an established client following to advise large corporates on complex regulatory and contentious matters. In this role you will build cross-UK client relationships, contribute to strategic growth, and mentor talent while collaborating with national teams. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a respected, people‑first culture and to play a key role in partnership discussions for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow client relationships with large corporate instructions and panel work
• Provide high-quality, commercially focused Health & Safety / regulatory advice
• Collaborate with teams across the UK and support cross-selling opportunities
• Provide leadership, mentoring and talent development to future leaders

Key requirements

• Senior Health & Safety specialist with strong market credibility and a demonstrable following
• Confident in leading matters, winning work, and strengthening long-term client partnerships
• Collaborative mindset with appetite to build a London practice with national backing
• Open to Senior Associate or Partner level; exceptional candidates with potential considered
