Shop Floor Health & Safety Lead

Pickles Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Manager for an established industrial business in Oldham. The role is hands-on, requiring visibility on the shop floor and collaboration with employees, supervisors and senior management.

You will build, improve and implement H&S processes and systems, lead audits and risk assessments, and embed a strong practical safety culture. NEBOSH qualification is desirable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills on offer.
