Employee Relations Specialist: Absence & Investigations (Hybrid)

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a busy HR team in Chatham on a temporary, hybrid basis. You will support managers with absence management, investigations, disciplinary and capability matters, and ensure policy compliance with employment law.

You’ll provide coaching, data analysis of absence patterns, and contribute to improving attendance and people practices across the business. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is required.
