Hybrid Health & Safety Advisor – North

Screwfix is looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join the Risk team. The role covers a large geographic North Division with a mix of field-based and remote work, supporting multiple stores and ensuring safety standards across a broad estate.

You will influence senior stakeholders, conduct fire risk assessments, audits, and training, and help embed a proactive safety culture while navigating multi-site operations in a retail environment.
