Site Manager – Water Treatment & Tunnelling Lead

RTL Group Ltd in Taunton is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a water treatment scheme. The role focuses on managing day-to-day site operations, supervising subcontractors and site teams, and delivering tunnelling and shaft works.

You will lead toolbox talks, liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensure health and safety compliance, manage RAMS and site documentation, and monitor quality to keep works on programme and to specification.
