Overview

In this role you shape and lead a Peak agentic solution area within UiPath, focusing on applying AI and automation to create measurable value in complex B2B domains. You’ll own the product vision, drive discovery and delivery, and collaborate across Peak and UiPath teams to launch solutions that accelerate customer outcomes. You will influence go-to-market strategy and drive customer adoption, contributing to the transformation toward agentic orchestration. This position sits in Manchester or London and offers hybrid work with potential future leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a clear vision for a Peak agentic solution area in supply chain or manufacturing
  • Build and own the roadmap, making tough trade-offs in ambiguous problems
  • Engage with customers and the market to validate needs and use cases
  • Anchor GTM motions to product truth and understand technical realities
  • Lead product launches and enable sales to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the broader product team via knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Provide credibility in customer and commercial conversations to maximize value

Key requirements

  • Typically 8+ years in product management in a SaaS product business
  • Strong domain expertise in supply chain and/or manufacturing
  • Deep experience with AI/ML/agentic products and navigating a rapid-evolving landscape
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, services and engineering
  • Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of seniority
  • Strategic thinker with disciplined execution across teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software; desirably in supply chain, pricing, procurement, ERP or related domains
