Overview

In this Director role, you lead the GenAI product function within Moody’s Analytics, guiding a small team of Product Managers to execute the GenAI roadmap. You translate strategy into actionable product plans, align strategy with cross-functional partners, and drive AI-enabled risk solutions that enhance client decision-making. You will shape governance for responsible AI adoption and manage cross-squad dependencies to deliver measurable impact. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence AI-enabled risk assessment at scale within a global, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor 2–3 Product Managers across squads
  • Set and maintain high-quality product outputs (user stories, requirements)
  • Partner with Director of GenAI Products to execute roadmap
  • Engage with strategy, partners, and clients to validate priorities
  • Escalation point for blockers and cross-squad dependencies
  • Establish operating rhythm across squads (planning, prioritization, retrospectives)
  • Define, track, and use product KPIs for prioritization and improvement
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across tech, design, operations, and strategy teams

Key requirements

  • Extensive product management experience in financial services, fintech, or risk software (10+ years)
  • Proven people leadership with at least 3 years managing product managers
  • Experience leading multiple squads and managing cross-team dependencies
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI products
  • Strong command of agile methodologies and KPI-driven improvement
  • Excellent market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client research capabilities
  • Data-driven and user-centric product discovery and decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior-partner influence
  • Track record implementing advanced AI solutions to transform operations and drive efficiency
