School HR & Finance Manager: Recruitment to Procurement

Beam County Primary School in Dagenham is seeking a Business and HR Manager to lead a wide-ranging HR and administration function. You will manage recruitment from advert to pre-employment checks, maintain the Single Central Record, liaise on payroll, and handle absence and staff records in line with ACAS guidance.

You will also run the purchase-to-pay cycle, oversee procurement and the contract register, supervise catering and premises services, and line-manage the caretaker.
