pmactuarial (PMA) specialise in Actuarial search within UK life insurance. We have been asked to find a Investments Business Partnering Actuary on behalf of a leading BPA provider.
The role will provide actuarial insight and analysis to support the effective management of the matching adjustment portfolio and capital position. The role-holder will assess asset eligibility, support the evaluation of new investment opportunities by analysing their matching adjustment, capital and regulatory implications and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a nearly, newly or qualified Actuary with some previous experience of matching adjustment. This role will also provide the opportunity to get involved in automation of processes, so previous modelling experience would be advantageous.
