Interim Global Head of Retention Marketing

Trinny London is seeking an Interim Head of Retention Marketing for a 12-month FTC, based in Chelsea, England. You will lead a small team, own global retention KPIs, and drive data-led strategies that lift customer lifetime value and repeat revenue across lifecycle channels.

You will partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, Retail and Creative to optimise full-funnel journeys, leverage predictive signals, and deploy first-party data-driven personalization at scale.
