Quality Engineering Specialist

Overview

In this role you will advance Quality Engineering capabilities for client projects and internal initiatives. You will apply automated testing and modern QA concepts to improve software delivery while mentoring teammates and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll work on diverse domains and stacks, advocating for value-driven, low-complexity solutions. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge tech and GenAI-enabled QA within a 글로벌 engineering community.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement modern Quality Engineering strategies
• Hands-on QA work to deliver quality outcomes
• Lead and mentor team members to execute QA activities
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to drive improvements
• Propose efficient, low-complexity solutions that add value
• Contribute to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities

Key requirements

• Passion for improving quality, productivity and software delivery
• Experience defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing
• Proficiency in at least one OO programming language (Java, C#, Typescript, Python)
• Hands-on or demonstrable GenAI experience or projects
• Familiarity with testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
