Head of Asset Strategy & Investment Planning

First Choice Homes Oldham is seeking a Head of Asset Strategy to lead long-term asset management, investment planning and sustainability for more than 11,500 homes. You will use asset data and your senior leadership experience to develop 1-, 3-, 5-, and 30-year investment plans, oversee Asset Planning, Asset Surveying and Sustainability teams, and ensure value for money and regulatory compliance.
