Residential Conveyancing Specialist – Flexible Hours

Clayton Legal in Stalybridge is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly team. The role involves handling all aspects of residential conveyancing and managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.

You’ll work on a varied mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build matters and Land Registry applications, with a focus on delivering an excellent service.
