KFS Recruitment is partnering with a leading London Bridging and Development lender to recruit a highly experienced Development Finance Underwriter. The role is based in London with a 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH pattern.
You will manage the full lending process, assess complex cases, and prepare proposals for the Credit Committee, while coordinating with brokers, solicitors and internal teams to progress cases to drawdown.
