EMEA Head of Customer Success – MDR

TENEX.AI in London is seeking the first Customer Success hire in EMEA to own named strategic accounts and build the CS team beneath you. Initially you will manage a small book, then hire, coach, and scale a regional CS pod, aligning with the global CS framework while shaping regional processes.
