Senior CRM Lifecycle & Journeys Lead UK & EU

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager of CRM Lifecycle + Journeys to own and optimize multi-market triggered flows across UK, DE, and FR. You will design automation, integrate with CDP and ESPs, and drive AI-enabled improvements to retention campaigns.

You will collaborate with MarTech, Data, and brand teams to balance email, SMS, push, and in-app channels while respecting GDPR/PECR. The role targets rapid experimentation and scalable localization.
