Lex Exec is working with a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked workplace law firm seeking an Employment Solicitor at NQ–3 PQE to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer looking for high-quality contentious and advisory work, early responsibility and strong partner exposure, within a genuinely supportive and collegiate environment.

The Role
You will gain broad experience across both employer and senior employee work, with matters including:
Grievance, disciplinary, discrimination and whistleblowing matters
Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
Settlement agreements
Contracts, policies and day-to-day employer advisory work
Reorganisations, business transfers and other strategic employment issues
You will work with a range of partners rather than being tied to one individual or sub-team, providing broad exposure and the opportunity to take on responsibility early in your career.
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors and junior associates up to 3 PQE with good-quality employment law experience gained during training or post-qualification.
