Conveyancing Solicitor / Bolton / £38,000 – £43,000

We’re working with a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor.

This role would suit someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 year PQE.
• Experience handling a full residential caseload. New Build and Shared Ownership experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
