In this role you will support a premier residential developer on traditional new build homes and apartments in Hertfordshire. You will apply your QS expertise to manage costs and support project delivery within a high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Carry out quantity surveying duties on traditional new build residential projects (houses and apartments).
- Support cost control, procurement, and financial reporting for developments.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Potentially contribute to line management activities (desirable).
Key requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction qualification
- RICS membership is required
- Residential developer experience is required
- Strong data skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (incl. Excel and Access), with desire for extended software knowledge
- CSCS card at an appropriate level
- Full driving licence desirable
