Autonomous Children’s Community Nurse – Maternity Cover

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking an experienced registered children’s nurse to cover maternity leave in our Children’s Community Nursing Team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to children at home, conducting assessments, and developing care plans.
