Senior Risk & Compliance Associate – Settlement

Capital One UK in Farnborough is seeking a pro to join the International Settlement team. You will manage settlement balancing, reconciliations and system configuration, liaising with Legal, Compliance and Business Risk, and supporting risk/control activities.

You’ll assess current operations, implement enhancements, and oversee control design reviews, testing and reporting while escalating risks. This role offers hybrid working two days in-office and three remote.
