Lumero Educational Trust is seeking an exceptional Trust Finance Director to join our growing and ambitious multi-academy trust. With eight primary schools, four secondary schools and a central shared services team across Bromley and Croydon, we are committed to our vision of “Learning Together, Inspiring All.”
This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance professional to play a pivotal leadership role, supporting our Chief Finance & Operating Officer and helping to deliver financial excellence across the Trust.
About the Role
You will:
- Lead day-to-day finance operations across our secondary schools and shared services team
- Provide strategic financial leadership, planning, forecasting and reporting
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance and risk management
- Lead and develop a skilled finance team
- Support auditors, capital projects, pensions reporting and statutory returns
- Deputise for the CFOO when required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification
- Has significant senior finance leadership experience
- Understands financial governance and compliance, ideally within education
- Can communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
