Responsibilities

  • Advise on a broad range of infrastructure, PPP and public sector projects
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial and project documentation
  • Support major bids, procurements and strategic infrastructure transactions
  • Build client relationships and contribute to business development
  • Take early responsibility and work within multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop your own client relationships and commercial profile

Key requirements

  • Projects Lawyer with experience in infrastructure PPP projects, public sector transactions or related commercial projects
  • Experience advising on infrastructure, PPP, PFI or public sector contracts
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
  • Understanding of complex commercial and contractual arrangements
  • Ability to work directly with clients and manage defined workstreams
  • Collaborative and commercially focused approach
  • Interest in developing client relationships and business development
  • Open to lawyers with varying levels of PQE
