Solicitor / Associate / Partner – Lifetime Planning

Overview

Join a growing regional law firm as part of the Lifetime Planning Private Client team in Stroud (hybrid). You will advise on Wills, Trusts and LPAs and support estate and wealth planning to protect clients’ assets and futures. Build long-term relationships with clients and referrers, identify planning opportunities, and contribute to business development. The role welcomes Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Private Client lawyers from NQ to Partner. You will help shape a specialist team in a people-first culture, delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Advising on Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting succession, estate and wealth planning matters
• Building long-term client and referrer relationships
• Identifying wider planning opportunities and risks
• Contributing to business development and networking activities
• Supporting junior colleagues and helping develop the team

Key requirements

• Experience within Lifetime Planning or Private Client law
• Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and estate planning
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• An interest in networking and business development
• Qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced Private Client lawyers at all levels (NQ to Partner)
