Responsibilities

• Handle landlord & tenant disputes (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charges)
• Manage possession actions, trespass and squatter claims
• Contribute to building and development disputes work
• Assist with strategic land matters, options and purchaser claims
• Provide advisory support for property owners, occupiers, funders and social housing providers
• Support client base with high-quality property dispute work

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ Property Litigation experience
• Strong technical ability
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
• Interest in business development and building professional connections
• Willingness to grow profile within a nationally recognised team
