Pastoral Year Lead: Student Wellbeing & Attendance

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Pastoral Head of Year to join a Birmingham school, starting as soon as possible. This non-teaching pastoral leadership role focuses on improving outcomes for young people and creating a positive, inclusive school culture.

You will lead pastoral care, attendance, behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing for a designated year group, working with families, staff and external agencies to provide support and guidance.
