Senior Fleet Leader – Vessels, Compliance & Performance (Hybrid)

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Fleet to lead a high-performing fleet team responsible for the technical performance, asset condition and operational readiness of assigned vessels. You will own end-to-end accountability and collaborate with onboard teams, refit and asset colleagues, classification societies and contractors to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Hy brid work is offered with up to two days from home; the role is full-time and permanent, reporting to the Maritime Team.
