Foster & May Limited, a Hertfordshire-based Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy, is seeking a Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent to join the team. The role sits between the QS and PM teams, handling JCT contracts across retail, fit-out, new-build, cut & carve, and roll-outs.

They require JCT contract experience and a background in a PQS/construction environment, with a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy.
