Senior Customer Solutions Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will define the product vision and roadmap for Customer Service Management across a global logistics network. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive value, improve processes and user experience, and ensure scalability and governance of a portfolio of platforms. You will influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape services that touch customers, operations, and strategic investments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with DHL Supply Chain priorities
• Act as the primary IT partner to business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
• Own Customer Service Management outcomes, delivering scalable, value-driven solutions
• Improve customer service processes, workflows, and user experience to boost business value
• Bridge Real Estate/business teams and IT delivery teams for seamless collaboration
• Oversee a portfolio of business platforms with governance and enterprise alignment
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder management
• Manage financial planning, business cases, budgeting, and ROI tracking
• Influence senior stakeholders globally and negotiate scope and trade-offs
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and innovation while coaching others

Key requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with proven strategy and roadmapping
• Experience in business case development, financial planning, budgeting, and ROI tracking
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and scalable solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
