About the Position

• Full-Time – Monday to Friday – sociable hours
• Up to £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
• Oversee scheduling, digital production, and quality control
• Manage a multi-specialty team and daily lab operations
• Lead CAD/CAM and digital workflows

Requirements

• Longstanding Dental Lab Technician experience
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience required
• Proficient in digital dental technologies: CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape), 3D printing, and scanning systems
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with All-On-X full arch restorations and Crowns & Bridges
• Strong understanding of dental materials, prosthetic design, and lab techniques
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
