In this role you will deliver private audiology services across a network of premium clinics, focusing on comprehensive diagnostics, fitting and rehabilitation, and patient-centered care. You will support both established and new sites, working in high-quality clinical environments with extended appointment times. You will contribute to excellent patient outcomes, long-term relationships, and ongoing professional development within a clinically led team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive adult diagnostic audiology including pure tone audiometry, tympanometry and speech testing
- Perform complex diagnostic assessments and interpretation
- Complete ENT-related testing and report writing
- Lead hearing aid consultation, fitting and rehabilitation with Real Ear Measurements
- Undertake aided speech testing and structured outcome measures
- Assess and manage tinnitus; provide vestibular testing where appropriate
- Lyric assessment and fitting as needed
- Wax removal and ongoing patient follow-up and aftercare
- Build strong patient relationships and support clinic expansion across the network
- Collaborate with clinical team for case discussions, mentoring and CPD
Key requirements
- HCPC registered / appropriately professionally registered
- Strong adult diagnostic audiology experience
- Confident hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation skills
- Experience using Real Ear Measurements and evidence-based verification
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills
- Able to manage own clinics and caseload across multiple locations
- Commercial awareness without compromising clinical integrity
- Full UK driving licence advantageous for multi-site work
- Private-sector experience preferred but NHS Audiologists considered
